What is a blog?

For some reason, unbeknown-st to me, I have started a blog. What is a blog anyway?

I realize it is a place to soothe my soul with typing about my cozy, somewhat interesting, mainly boring, sometimes beautiful, yet sarcastic life uninhibited, but, what is the real meaning? To me, I think, slug, snail, something slimy and gooey.

Not a pleasant start to a blog, more importantly, my blog.

But, no matter. Slimy, begone. Fresh, begin!

Where has time gone?

Wowow, so I just read my blog the other night, starting from the beginning and realized I have sort of been across the world and back since then. I realized it is time to blog again! Another realization I had was the time of year I started this blog. Fall. It is now coming into that season 2011. I am getting the same cozy, get your mug of coffee, snuggle in type of feeling...love it! So anyway, I was just now looking through my pictures on my albums and saw quite a diversity of plain. From Hell's Canyon to Italy, I have been there and done that and think and think and think and RELIVE it all the time! I have so much to blog, I don't even know where to start. So, this is where I'm starting.....just by typing. More to come......

I sat down just now to my newest addiction: Bejeweled Blitz. Check it out, it's blood-pumping! But then I remembered two dear friends of mine have freaked out lately about my blog, saying that I need to update it. So with that on my mind, I decided to oblige. (Bejeweled Blitz, I'll be there soon I promise.)

So I have started getting out to work out this 'ol bod of mine (it will be 30 this year!), and I feel absolutely amazing. Three miles a day does wonders. I have energy, I sing, I'm nicer, AND I've lost some inches. Yay! So I totally recommend a little exercise a day...it'll get those endorphins going baby!

Today is an absolutely gorgeous day. It is sunny, calm, clear, and my day off. I love it! Taking the time to see the bulbs popping out, the buds sprouting, and the lawn turning green is so refreshing. I can't wait to get my hands dirty in the yard!

My mood has been altered for the better not only because of raging endorphins and my adorable bulbs, but also because I have changed departments at work. From selling TV's to processing photos, it is actually a lot the same but so much better. I find it interesting that humans are so obsessed with the perfect picture. A TV has to have the perfect amount of pixels, and a photo the perfect resolution. Why the obsession? My theory is because we ourselves cannot be perfect, we have to create something to mask that to make us feel good. Honestly I find that a bit depressing and sad. But I'll take the photo department over the electronics any day!

So now that I am done with my random rambling, any feed back would be appreciated. Thanks to my faithful followers, I owe this blog to you!
